With everyone changing hair colors these days at the drop of a dye bottle, I think a lot of states don’t even bother to ask any more. If they do ask, do they limit you colors found in nature?
You put the natural color of your hair, using your eyebrows or facial hair, as applicable. “Bald” DOES NOT COUNT when you still have hair on the sides of your head, or you’ve intentionally shaved it off!
