All men get at least two years of PE in high school and still have trouble hitting the target area.
Not all men. I was exempt from PE. I will however, agree that a great deal of men do have problems hitting the target. I trained my boys with “target practice.” Cheerios.
I remember a urinal at a local airport which had the sign: Pilots with low hydraulic pressure are requested to taxi closer to the hanger.
