My boss told me I complained too much about situations that were going wrong or were badly inefficient. I said that those who created or in charge of these should be aware and institute corrective actions, not just be ignorant or unresponsive. My employee rating went from top quartile to bottom quartile, despite my products remaining top quality. I was laid off. That division of that company continued to flounder and diminish and now no longer exists. MAGA.
