There is only one person responsible for this unnecessary shut down. The Dems had already agreed to a bipartisan plan to prevent the shutdown – one which trump said he’d sign. Then at the last second, bowing to Coulter and Rush, he reneged. Then he said, “Do what I want, or I shut it down.” He could open it back up with the stroke of a pen.
“A peasant sat down in front of Kremlin’s walls. He’s eating hay to draw the attention of the authorities to hunger. Stalin was passing nearby and asking: – Why are you eatting hay?- I’m starving to death. I don’t have any food. - Man! Keep the hay for the winter. Now it’s summer, eat some fresh, juicy grass…”

Stalin was passing nearby and asking: – Why are you eatting hay?- I’m starving to death. I don’t have any food. - Man! Keep the hay for the winter. Now it’s summer, eat some fresh, juicy grass…”
