Some do, however. I think they all should allow it, especially if it’s a trial that’s complex or goes over more than one day. Note taking keeps me focused and helps me remember things.
I do wish jurors could pass questions to the judge to have witnesses answer. I think it would improve the process.

Most jurisdictions do not allow jurors to take their own notes.

been on jury duty enough times to the point I’m bored with it. Now it’s just a nuisance.
