    A “super great memory”….I once whopped a ball like that, and it fell a little past second base…Between the ball condition, and the inability to throw it, and the skills of the sand lot teams ,I ran and slid and ran made a “Home – run” out of it!…Hawes Park , Redwood City, Ca, about 1953…We all had a lot of fun….and laughed at it….Better than any video game you can make up…
