Huh? has layaway changed? It used to be (when I worked in retail) that a customer would ‘law away’ items and pay towards them in specific intervals or sooner, then once paid for, they’d receive them. A great option when you were a few dollars short, but didn’t want to lose an item to someone else by leaving it on the rack.
