So glad we did the groceries yesterday, knowing there was a “chance” of snow today. And we actually got a good inch so far. Surprise surprise. The interior of the state is supposed to get several feet of snow! (I’ll take the inch!)
Days like today are perfect for baking or soup making. But, the cleaning lady comes soon, and I don’t want to mess up the kitchen. So, it looks like I’ll snuggle up and read.
I just saw that George HW Bush passed away yesterday. Rest in peace, good sir.
Not much happening today. I am almost finished with the cross-stitch part of my project. Only 13 more stitches in 4 colors to go. I am going to bite the bullet and start on the back-stitch today. This one has so much of it that I figure I’ll get enough experience to go ahead and finish the cross, too. At the rate I’m going, I will have this one done in time for Christmas (it’s a nativity scene).
Rita, my cleaning lady bailed on me last Wednesday, but she will be here this coming Wednesday. I don’t want to put up any decorations until she’s done the deep cleaning.

Good morning Vagabonds.Hard to believe that it’s Dec 1st already. I hope the winter goes faster than last year.
Today is going to be not too bad a day until the rain starts late in the evening.
May be able to get a little yard work in before I go to church at 4 pm
Have a good day to all.

Good morning Vagabonds
A storm is on it’s way (again) 21 days till the first day of winter.
24 shopping days till Christmas. I’m sure you wanted to hear that. ;-)
I saw on the news that the statue of Ceres made it to her place on the capital dome yesterday. A real high flying girl.
Well, I got to get my grocery list written down, recycle together and get ’er done before Ma Nature makes it nasty again.
A good day to all and may God bless.
