    I make nachos all the time, living here in Texas. But I sure am fascinated with your British ingredients. Is a “chilli tortilla” something different from what we call “tortilla chips”? And I would love to sample red leicester cheese — is it really red? The dip sounds like a yummy mixture — I’ll be making it!
