GATURRO: As Templo S.U.D. says, thinking takes time (sometimes). But I don’t quite “get” the 2.0. Microsoft’s first operating system was DOS 1.0 (with updates 1.1, 1.2, etc.). Then we got DOS 2.0, which was a major revision of the original DOS. Since then, “2.0” is often used to to refer to a superior or more advanced version of the original (version, concept, product, etc.). So I almost “get it”; but not quite.

What’s the capital of Japan? {Tokyo. Student 2.0} (Pensar es como descargar un programa de computadora: toma tiempo.)

Phantom – Actually, his dad knows all about the city, since he lived there years ago.
Crankshaft – The way it was when? 10,000 years ago?
Mandrake – It’s the Roadrunner!

PHANTOM: IMHO, there’s not enough happening here to have left the Heloise story.
FUNKY W: Without the comment at CK that I mentioned here yesterday, this wouldn’t make any sense at all.
CRANKSHAFT: Panel 2 – This appears to be a play on the Bob Evans restaurant chain. Do younger folks know who Dale Evans was? (Not to mention, Roy!)
