When at a stepsister’s house for the family Halloween party, I overheard the stepsister tell one of her sisters there was a trick-or-treater who just held out his bag without saying, “trick or treat.” Perhaps it was Michael Myers as depicted here?
“Dear God, if I can’t be skinny, make all my friends fat!” I used to take it to work and fatten up my colleagues. Now I take it to our Mail Boxes Etc., or our local cleaners, and they put it in a bowl for their customers. And this year it worked out perfectly! The last two cute kids got 2 mini chocolate bars each.
I sometimes get teenagers trick or treating that are clearly way too old. I remember answering the door to a guy over 6 feet tall wearing a mask saying “trick or treat” in an adult voice. I gave him some candy in hopes he would go away.
