Elmer is an icon who will endure as long as kids (and adults) love cartoons. Bugs and Daffy and all the others, they’re the ways some artists get to amuse themselves and us.Chuck Jones was a towering figure among them. Who among us has not belly-laughed at his creations? He took some of the day’s heaviness off our shoulders—still does. I love animated cartoons!!!
