My first acquaintance with Burt was a short-lived hour-long show called “Riverboat” that starred Darren McGavin. IIRC, it lasted most of the 1960-61 season. After that he showed up on “Gunsmoke” when it was a half-hour show. I think I remember him most for the first Smoky and the Bandit movie.
“The End”. Now he and Dom DeLouise can have more good times. (No, I don’t really believe in an afterlife, though with 3 close family deaths in a 365 day period, I’d like to.)
