PHANTOM: Why is she dragging him out of the plane and talking so much. Where are all the people that live in those houses? If a plane had crashed in my front yard, I certainly would be out to see what was going on.

Crankshaft – Could Lil’s sister have died without Lil knowing about it?

Phantom – @Woodworker, Good comments and good questions!

PHANTOM: I “second” David’s comments re Woodworker. And I liked the post by James and Jack Jay’s reply to James (@ CK). But, I must admit, I also like Heloise’s hilarious comments in today’s panel 2!

CRANKSHAFT: @ I guess that could be possible if the elderly sisters were estranged and there were no other close relatives in the picture. This is an interesting story arc! (BTW, what is that in Eugene’s right hand?). P.S. I went to H.S. with a guy named “Eugene,” who went on to become quite famous – using a different name.

    Gaturro – I didn’t find a translation either.

Phantom – We saw an airport person running toward it and calling for emergency personnel on Friday. What’s taking so long? Why is Heloise dragging him out? Perhaps she realizes the danger of fire and, like her father, doesn’t want to kill anyone. Only bring them to justice.

Judge Parker – Sounds like mama is in the same business. The dark-haired guy looks like the one that worked for Abbot, but have we seen the other one? Presumably CIA.

Mary Worth – Mary has an idea. In some towns or cities, retired people are able to perform small services for others, such as minor repairs to houses, small appliances, maybe even cars. It helps others and gives purpose to their lives.
