The temp here is 51 and the high is predicted at 81. That’s the last 80+ degree temp on our route home until we hit Utah on Friday. The nights are much cooler now, a blessed relief. And we have finally left the humidity behind!
Yesterday was a day of rest and relaxation. We took the cats for a long walk and got floats at the ice cream social again and that’s about as strenuous as it got. We watched a few episodes of “Bones” to cap off the evening.
We got a happy phone call from our San Diego daughter and son-in-law……….their only child will become a Big Brother near the end of March!!!!!!!!!! We couldn’t be happier, but we’ll still be concerned. She’s 48, and has gone through all the genetic tests. But, it’s the gestational diabetes she had last time and the eclampsia that we’re worried about.
Other than that, we just need to learn to pace ourselves. Both of us woke up really stiff and sore from too much stuff yesterday. We’d finish one project, sit a spell, then something else called us. Will we ever learn?

Good morning Vagabonds.Today is going to be like yesterday was with temp in low 70’s.
Don’t know what will be going on during the day. Maybe cleaning up the garden somewhat.
Not all of our tomatoes are ripe but we can pick the ones that are.

Temperature 34 degrees this morning, starting to get chilly. Ch. 3 website says potential high of 67.
What can I say, it’s going to be another normal NFL Sunday. Watch the game.zzzzzzzzzz.
