reagan is hardly a “hero” in thuis situation. I don’t know why the cartoonist chose him as the hero – a far better choice would have been Eisenhower or JFK. If one bothers to study recent history one will come to the obvious conclusion that, had there never been a reagan, there would never have been a Trump.
