    Good morning, Vagabonds.

It’s moving day again. It will be a short trip into southern Vermont where we’ll stay until Monday. Then on to Old Orchard Beach, Maine. I am so looking forward to seeing my brother and his family.

We had some terrific thunderstorms last night. It sure kept the cats on their toes.

    Everyone have a blessed day.

    Good morning Vagabonds

Overcast and rather gloomy, high 74, dewpoint 62.

I’m a dead man walking this morning thanks mostly to the old Grandstand, not like it was back in the 60s. It is the oldest wood structure grandstand in the state of Vermont. The fair grounds cover maybe two acres or three, (never been a good judge of such things) but you can walk the grounds in under an hour even stopping to see everything. I also saw about a half dozen harness races.

Rain nearly stopped the truck pull, when I got on the previously mentioned grandstand the sled was still on its trailer with less then half an hour to go. They got the track ready in record time. They were still pulling when I pilled out and went home.

Well, I got to get on the grocery list, get the recycling together and get going to Newport. See y’all in the funny papers.

    Good Showery morning, Vagabonds,

We had a blustery evening, with a bunch of lightning, wind and rain. Wasn’t enough to put out any fires, though.

Our wildfire has grown to 437 acres and is still only 20% contained. Maybe today’s showers might help.

I’ve got an eye doctor appointment, so I gotta run.

    xoxo Happy Trails.

Good afternoon Vagabonds.I don’t know what happened to my post last night.

Yesterday was a day where it was sunny all day and when I went out into the garden to tie up some tomato plants, it starts to rain.

After a while it stopped but rained later during the night.

Right now it is in mid 80’s and humid. They say there could be a chance of showers this afternoon and evening. Who knows.

Will be going to church at 4:00 p.m.

Peace and rest to all of you.
