I dunno. Split the rent 20 ways, and add 10% each. Take the profits and rent another apartment for yourself. Two families have a roof, and you’ve got your rent covered. Sounds like a win-win to me.
Of course, the Alt-Exa will need to be re-gifted to Mike Cenovich first, I’m sure he’d find it very good at anticipating his needs.
