Typical little dog with ZERO training. I’ve known little dogs that have responsible owners and they are the best behaved dogs. The worst is a Chihuahua two blocks from me. Me and my Flat-coated Retriever walk by on the way to the park the it runs out into the street barking and snarling at me and my dog. The owner then comes out and picks it up. Has happened 5 times in the last month. I tell the owner, sooner or later their dog will do that to a vicious dog and get ate or squashed by a car. Like I said it’s the OWNER not the dog.
