I guess I have more willpower. I don’t have a problem stopping after an episode on Netflix.
The issue with chips is that they are so small that one barely whets your appetite. I suppose that might also be true of a 22 minute episode on Netflix.
Because they formulate snack foods with the right amount of salt and sugar so you’ll do just that. They aren’t stupid, and they want your money.
