Afraid A.J. needs the next level in education here. We are neonates in that we carry our neonatal appearance past our birth to adulthood. Why we have big eyes, big head and relatively less hair than our closest cousin the Chimpanzee. The naked ape being shorn of most body hair. Now imagine we can do the same artificially for the Chimp? And a thought experiment of removing the neonatal stop on someone so that they grown into adulthood without said neonatal characteristics. That last one can stay hypothetical.
