    GOOD MORNING VAGABONDS!!!!!!

I’d like to say it’s a beautiful day, but, it ain’t. It’s overcast and could get a little drippy today. (eh)

Not much to say other than howdy and have a fun day.

    Good Rainy morning, Vagabonds,

There’s just enough rain to lightly water all our plants and vegetables. I saw some new wild flowers on my walk yesterday. One was similar to our “snowball” bush, and the other is a short orange daisy like flower. First time I’ve seen orange! And our Prickly Pear Cacti have a beautiful yellow flower. I guess this winter’s abundant snow and all the wonderful rain has given us this show. Thanks, Boss!

I made my “once a week” fried dinner last night. It was fried Pollock (without salt) and I made it a tad spicy, just the way I like it.

    xoxo to Everyone. Happy Trails.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

I left early for church this morning, so I’m just now getting back to my toon tour. I hope everyone is having a blessed Sunday.

I apologize if I misled everyone about Michael’s ankle. He was in a motorcycle accident many years ago that shattered his right ankle. When the orthopedist put it back together, he had pieces left over. The doctor said that most of the ligaments and cartilage in that ankle were destroyed, so he does not have the freedom of motion he should. It healed enough for everyday living most of the time, but once in a while he overdoes it and it takes a day or so to recover. Because of the way the ankle won’t bend, he has a hard time going up ramps and has been known to walk backwards up steep ones. At the D-Day memorial, there was a very long curving ramp that wasn’t steep enough to go up backwards. This aggravated the ankle more than anything has in a long time and put him down in great pain for a few days. Ice doesn’t help, but balm-type creams seem to so he keeps it elevated and smelling like ben-gay. And winces or cries “ouch” every so often. He’s a lot better today, but will keep it elevated for another day to be sure. Thank you all for caring and the advice.

I am really looking forward to seeing the “Museum of the Confederacy” tomorrow! Among other things, they have the coat Lee wore when he surrendered to Grant.

    Everyone have a blessed day.
