I’ve been trying to learn who Skippy’s friends are, but they don’t give their names often, so it’s hard to know how many different ones there are, especially when their clothes change a lot. But today’s friend seems to be a girl based on her clothes. Maybe we’ll learn all their names eventually.
I did learn that Skippy’s last name is Skinner, perhaps an omen for the scrapes he gets into. I also found out that he was an inspiration for the Peanuts comic, and for Skippy peanut butter, although without permission.
