Red, the key is to ask for something in the middle, that you have a chance at getting. Maybe a GI Joe figure or a new basketball. Don’t only ask for the Red Ryder BB gun…

Giving children clothing for Christmas or their birthday is cruel, unless it’s something they wouldn’t get otherwise. You have to buy them underwear, socks and winter clothing and pretending it’s a present just gets their hopes up for nothing.
