Oddly, I was thinking the same thing.
Depends on the dog, and the restaurant. Some of our local restaurants allow well-behaved dogs in patio seating areas. I’d rather sit near a quiet, older dog, than beside a family of raucous children.
Maybe he should leave you home, since you are apparently a female dog…
