This is so true. I watch a lot of old tv programs, and the villain is generally the actor I recognize. Also a lot of British programs, and then it’s the actor I recognize because he/she has been the bad guy in enough programs for me to get familiar with his/her face.Except some of the early Taggarts. I confidently picked the killer in one episode and then saw him become another victim in the next scene. Taggart was a good show till the star (Mark McManus) died and they kept going without him.
