It’s been shrinking for some time now. We admitted that the problem was real and a lot of work was done to correct it. Climate change is real and we have an administration that chooses to deny it and continue to find ways to make it worse and make the way we live with it worse. We could all learn a thing from the way we handled the hole in the ozone.
