I’d like to live in a world where I can mail a hat for 41 cents and have it delivered in three days. Without that $100 annual “prime” fee, I mean.
Buying it in a store means that you can see it, feel it, make sure it fits and wear it home. You can’t do any of that with mail order.
Back then stamps didn’t cost that much.
