Hmmm.. if twins are born so that one is before the time change, and the second is after, doesn’t that mean that the second-born would have an earlier birth time than the first?

^ Firstborn? Oldest? Good question for those twins in cultures where such things make a difference in things such as inheritances.

yes RadioTom I agree but is it more or less of an occurrence than be born on February 29 every leap year?
