Bruising of bananas make them sweeter. The browner it is the more sugar. I like mine just on the other side of green. It has a different flavor that isn’t quite sweet yet.
Ah the beauty of federal “guidelines” for student lunches. The school is required to put “healthy” food on the kid’s plates and kids put it in the trash.
