Traditionally the Minority party gains seats, if voter turn out is high, those votes usually go to the Democrats. We’ll need it too, with Russian gerrymandering Democrats need a 60-40 victory in the deep red states just to win. The GOP needs their electoral/gerrymander/senate changing handicaps or they wouldn’t win anything.
I wonder, Mr Carroll, if you intended this strip to promote reasonable debate about political history or simply promote a trolling takeover as happened with Doonesbury. Such vitriolic rhetoric about any administration is not helpful to any advocacy. There are other forums for that kind of conversation.
