Abby, your practice has 4 partners. If Stewart has final say in every decision, instead of a sensible majority vote, in essence Stewart is the boss, the owner, the one who decides. You don’t like it, change it.
For every hour she spends doing paperwork, that’s one less billable hour. How much do you charge a patient/insurance per hour? How much would you pay someone to help with paperwork? Do the math and make a decision.
