Good idea for police — especially since human police sometimes literally jump the gun. better potential response times. Better potential threat assessment. Easier replacement if shot in the line of duty. Less need for down time and coffee breaks. Better hearing.
Robots can only do so much have to be controlled by humans. Where I live a family is living with a nightmare through another human by Swatting. The man killed by an officer who was unarmed lowered his arm down.
