    Happy Monday Vagabonds

We have about 24 on the thermometer and the weather guy is saying 30 for the day.

The sky is beginning to lighten up with sunrise at 7:20. The day are getting longer. (yippee!)

Well, I live with or with out the government, wake me when they get off their collective -beeeep-s

    Sorry about that.

    Y’all have a beautiful day.

    Good morning Vagabonds.

Rainy day with temp at about 34. I didn’t think it was to start until tomorrow.

Well, the Patriots are going to the Super Bowl. They have a habit of pulling it out in the last minutes.

Another slow day. Did some sorting and packing of things yesterday. Little by little we’ll get it done. No big rush.

Everyone have a nice day and don’t overdo your selves.

    Good Chipper morning, Vagabonds,

27 on the ole thermometer. Not too bad, it seems. It’s snowing in western Montana, but the big mountain will stop the cloud from getting to us. We already are sitting at 140% above average snow pack wise. So, if we miss a storm or two…….no problem.

My project for the kitchen keeps growing and growing. It started with no room to put the new gadgets. Then I decided that I have to move things to the lower shelves because I just can reach things anymore. Then, I want to donate lots of stuff. Then I have to sort all that stuff. I think this will wind up being a 3 month plan!

    xoxo to All. Happy Trails

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

I just read an article about what it is like to be on the other side of one of Brady’s comebacks. How heartbreaking to be so far ahead and then end up losing the game. No, I did not watch the game, but seeing the 4th quarter highlight reel almost makes me wish I had. Almost.

Rita, I know what you mean about ending up with a 3 month project. When we moved from Victorville to Vegas, I thought it would take us 2 or 3 months to sort and pack. Instead, it was 9 months (bought the house in July and brought the last load over the following March). We downsized from an absolutely huge kitchen with lots of cupboards and about 9 drawers to a much smaller space, so we had to pick and choose what to keep. (And of course did it again when we sold the house in Henderson)

Today will be another day of cross-stitching. I’ve almost got the face finished. That’s about half of the project, the rest being hair and the crown of thorns. (It’s a beautiful sepia-toned portrait of Jesus’ face.) When it’s done, I will add a “to Mike from Mom” greeting at the bottom and give it to him before we leave.

Wednesday we will be putting the RV into the repair shop for a couple of days, so I will also spend some time today finding a place to stay that will allow us to keep the cats with us. It cost us almost $60 to stay one night in a cabin in the campground last time, and I’m sure we can do better than that, even if it ends up being a tiny motel room. I laugh when I think of packing for a two night stay elsewhere. For us it will be a duffel with a couple days clothes & a few cosmetic items plus the laptops. For the cats, it will be food, water, toys, treats, 2 litter boxes, and their harness and leashes.

It’s a lovely clear sunny morning today. A bit chilly at 39 degrees, but I’ll take it.

    Everyone have a blessed day.
