Batman has the Bat Thermal Underwear. The cold doesn’t bother Superman or Wonder Woman. Flash can just vibrate his molecules to warm up, and the Martian Manhunter (J’onn J’onzz) comes from a planet where the average surface temperature is -67 degrees Fahrenheit, and can get down as low as -243 at the poles. I don’t think a little ice will bother them.
