How about, you’re driving in Maryland, and you see one of those digital road signs that says “Report Suspicious Activity” and use your cell phone to call the number and report something, when policeman sees you and pulls you over for using your handheld cellphone while driving. While on the side of the road with the trooper, another police officer on his cell phone runs off the road and smashes into your car killing the cop who stopped you. You are then sentenced to death for negligent homicide involving a police officer, since using your cellphone started the whole chain of events.
