I knew a man who was a submariner. He said he would have never gotten on a submarine if he had heard: What goes up must come down but what goes down doesn’t always come back up.
I sent the Petty cartoon to both GoComics and my syndicate in color, but, for some reason, it apparently only went out in black/white. I think it looks better in color (and, no kidding, it took me roughly 20 hours to draw and color the damn thing).
