I’m reading this while on a Lifecycle doing 100 minutes of cardio. I’m 66 and so far so good. But I know if I live long it’s most likely my gene pool which took my Mom to 93. She exercised almost to the end.
It never hurts to lead a healthy life. You don’t have to be an athlete or eat only yellow vegetables. The hard fact is that the best life-prolonging choice you can make is to “choose” long-living parents. :)

My grandmother lived to be 92, my mother to 97.
