Yeah, let’s all live in a tax-free society – no money for roads, education, military, law enforcement, health care, etc. Just a dog-eat-dog, survival of the fittest, make your own way type of society.

Wasn’t true. His healthcare was approved as a tax and that applied to those way under that earning figure.
