A nice morning unfolding but the last for a couple of days as a front blows in tomorrow and for the next few days.
The storm windows are on and we’re getting ready for the cooler days to come.

Today we will head for the Alamo. It’s the only thing on the schedule for the day. Next week-end we will try the mission tour possibly or maybe head back a bit north and check out the natural bridge caverns.
Yesterday felt soooo good to just sit and read after church. The cowboy church was great! Wonderful cowboy band playing the worship music and a good message.
Today’s forecast is for 80 here and 83 in San Antonio. I will definitely wear my hat!
Gorgeous sunrise this morning! Just enough clouds to give it some color, and it reflected off the lake. Gorge-ous!
Jack is still under the weather, so we’ll be vegging out again. He has one goal…….to get over this flu/cough thingy by Nov. 3rd……we’re planning to visit Yellowstone to see our bison once more, just before the park closes it’s roads for the winter. (Of course, good weather would help.)

Good morning Vagabonds.
Not to bad a day now. Partly cloudy with temp in mid 60’s.
Tomorrow the rainy weather moves in for the next two days with the heaviest on Wed.
Went to the gym this a.m. and then to the chapel. Came home, had coffee and read the paper. Don’t know what I am going to do next.
