To laughing: You might be surprised by just how many immigrants there are in just about every part of this country. For instance, without Latino immigrants Omaha’s meat packing industry would pretty much shut down. That’s by no means an isolated case.
Wait 20 years: the current illegals’ offspring will NOT be doing the jobs their parents did: they’re Americans now! And if they don’t want to work, there’s always welfare.
Two books opened my eyes to this problem one named “Tortilla Curtain” the 2nd being “Coyote” by Ted Hanover who spent a year living with undocumented people. I was very hard life for rather small but very strong people. and honest.
I grew up with migrant workers on my grandfather’s farm in Texas and in all my life I have yet to meet this Lazy Mexican on welfare that the Repugnants keep talking about. Many of those I have met worked long hours and sometimes 2-3 jobs to keep their family fed, clothed and sheltered and here’s a shocker…pay taxes. I say we do as Kathleen Madigan suggested and hold a lottery to see what productive immigrants should stay and which repugnant a$$w1p%s have to go. I suggest we start with the KKK/Nazi Orangutan in the Oval Office.
