Regardless of how one feels about Trumpcare, this cartoon couldn’t be farther from reality. Trump barely put any effort into it — he just sat around watching Fox News, played golf, and sent out nasty tweets while McConnell was doing the actual work of trying to get a bill through the Senate. (Compare this to President Obama, who actually met with the opposition in Congress, listened to their concerns, and spent hours answering questions on Obamacare.)
