There are lot of characters, and they’re all different. Today all you need to know is that Sue and Sal (panel 1) hate each other (though only Sal deserves it.) Rita (in the lavender) is the boss- a VP at a failing software company. The woman in purple and black is Elena, a hypnotist Rita pays to inspire employee morale- or make puppets of them- whichever is easiest. Lying under the desk is Ed, the laziest guy in the office (and the highest paid in spite of doing as close to no work as possible.)
