If you’re going to be up at 3 a.m. anyway, try “Red Eye” on Fox News Channel. Hilariously snotty panel talk-show about current events. Very big with the superhero demographic.
(And if you’re the type who would assume anything on Fox must be EVIL, just for you they usually include a liberal or two to be fair and balanced, although the liberal is likely to be an NRA member.)

I like Red Eye as well, but I think that its off-the-party-line take on social issues and its willingness to use liberally-minded guests and commentators may be one of the reasons it’s relegated to the wilds of 3 a.m.
