While I believe the death penalty has some merit, it is NOT consistently applied. In ALL cases, it relies on the discretion of the Governor of a particular state. (I’m looking at YOU especially Texas and Arkansas!), AND on the ABILITY of court appointed council.There is NO reason to RUSH executions because your damn prescription is expiring!Sounds to me that these states need to go in to REHAB!
