I've just been really busy, you know? The whole system needs to change, if you ask me. It should become an assumed truth that when you get a gift, of course you're thankful. Eventually, society could do away with thank-you notes, like arranged marriages or Victorian asparagus holders! Person: When have you heard of Victorian asparagus holders? Pete: I gave some to Manfred for his collection. Manfred: Pete! I've composed for you a thank-you sonnet!
