I have a brother who does that in reverse. He buys stuff at garage sales, then sells them in his own garage sales. For example, if someone id selling a whole box of CD’s. he’ll try to get all of them for one price. Then he keeps the ones he likes and sells the rest at his own garage sale for more than he paid for them.
