You can’t fill a car from a gas truck. The hose on the truck will not fit the car and the driver would be held fully accountable for any missing gas when he reaches his destination.
The truck driver could’ve driven that stranded motorist to the nearest service station, after all, the car driver makes the truck drivers job a reality IMHO ! Peace out!
