This is one area where “Zero Tolerance” actually makes sense. When you get your pilot’s license, you are supposed to be able to handle situations like this. Revoked!
I doubt if there is a single light-plane pilot (including me) who has not done the same thing (or nearly did, like me). Note that the tower said, “No big deal” and it was not. Also look at the video and you will see that he passed in front of, not over, the airliner holding sort of the taxiway, just as you’d expect to happen at any runway. It has become so chaotic around large airports due to the great disparity in size and speed of our planes compared to airlines that I stay away from them. There are LOT of “general aviation” airports in most places to give me a convenient place to set down.

Come on, Chip. You can make fun of anybody, but not Harrison Ford.

Aw, leave the guy alone. He called himself a schmuck talking to the tower. He knew he blew it…

I don’t get it… am I missing something other than Star Wars, Indiana Jones, and The Fugitive?

Well, I had not heard this news about Harrison Ford. Thanks for the info, all.
And for the record, nice flag work in today’s comic.
Good Evening (well, technically, Good Early Morning), Crew.
