Oh, they bought healthcare when they won the election even if they do nothing. They have been talking about how much better it will be than Obamacare, cheaper and better.

    .

I got no problem with cheaper and better and if they deliver, I may vote for all of them. But what they seem to be about to deliver is less healthcare for more money. You know the “free market”, deregulated healthcare, they want. I would love to have Congress’ government healthcare and they can have mine.

The other countries of the overdeveloped world pay 50-75% of what we do now, 100% of the population is covered. The whole argument comes down to two views: one side says withholding of health care is an effective means of killing off those you consider Üntermenchen, while the other side says that a healthy citizenry is in the national interest. I think we all know which side you are on. Make America weak and white again.

Obamacare provides protections for present and former coal miners – before ACA coal miner had to PROVE their Black Lung Disease was because they were a coal miner and not because they smoked.

Trump will allow him to trade those medical insurance payments for his funeral under the Republican alternative. BTW, the last two years have seen the lowest increases, 2% and 1% in my group health plan in decades, where the average increase pre-ACA averaged 15% per year.

One does not have to burn crosses on people’s yards to be motivated by hate. It is part of our environment and indeed one must work hard to resist it. Marx’s error in describing the class struggle was not that the class struggle does not exist. Indeed, his description has held up rather well for something over a sesquicentury old. His error was in assuming that having nothing to lose but their chains, the downtrodden must inevitably rise up in violent revolt. Just under a century later, one-sixth of the world’s population gained their political independence by the satyagraha of a dedicated minority. The first stage is to recognize not only the hate in all of us, but that the hate increases in both directions with power – the most and least powerful hate the most, the difference being in the skill in which they channel it. The middle? They are mostly too apathetic to care.
